From Afar is a new folk band from the midwest who’s members are spread across the states of Minnesota and Iowa. Across the miles, and through the height of the pandemic they were brought together from afar by their love of music and storytelling. Hibernation weaves together influences of jazz, American folk, and western classical music, resulting in an EP that is simultaneously familiar yet fresh, classic yet new.
